The Greek Freek's 36-PTS were not enough tonight. |
Brandon Ingram would have a career night, however, drawing the foul on a three-pointer and dunking the ball on the fast break. The lead was 80-70 when Brandon Ingram crossover-ed George Hill for the fierce jam past the Milwaukee defense, seconded by Ingram and Avery Bradley knocking down corner threes, 109-102. Continuously, Giannis willed his team into a position to pull out the win at home, but even when Ingram would miss, Joakim Noah would dunk it down off the second chance, 114-109: Spurs. Dejounte Murray's tough lay-in raised the Spurs to 116 points on the night, as Antetokounmpo missed a crucial free throw late. Avery Bradley made a layup on the other end, then also hit two free throws. Milwaukee would foul Ingram next, who iced the contest at the line.
Dejounte Murray's layup all but ended this contest. |
