Spurs down Suns, 125-108.

The Spurs went up by 12 in the second quarter, lighting up the scoreboard from the perimeter. Patty Mills finished on a 5/8 stroke from deep, 18 points and 5 assists with 2 steals. Mills sparked a 12-3 run for the champions, as the Spurs led 91-74 after the third quarter.

The highlight showcase was Skal Labissiere's 20 points, 6 rebounds that included a trio of long range shots with 2 blocks and especially 100% on 8-8 shooting. Davis Bertans had 12 points, with 8 rebounds on two long-shots. Iman Shumpert was solid with 15 points, proving to be a core piece yet again with three 3PTers.

Brandon Ingram rested as the game went along, finishing with 16 points and 2 blocks. Kentavius Caldwell-Pope gave 11 points, joining in on the 3PT shootout with a trio of his own and pulling off a nice cross-over move that freed him up past the line. Dejounte Murray had 12 points with 5 assists.

For the Suns, Devin Booker had only 7 points on 2/9 shooting, missing 3 of his 4 attempts from deep. DeAndre Ayton turned some heads with 25 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks for the sophomore big man talent. Tyler Johnson had 16 points with 14 assists, but went 5/14 overall. Mikal Bridges had 19 points, but Kelly Oubre only made good on 10 points as did TJ Warren with 12 points and 6 rebounds.
