Spurs break away from Mavericks, 107-138 in scoring display.

Luka Doncic had a rough night.
The Spurs broke out to a ten point lead early as the Mavericks struggled to shoot the ball well, even with new addition Kristaps Porzingis (3-11, 7 points, 7 rebounds). Exciting sophomore, Luka Doncic, had 10 points with six assists going 4-13 overall. The Spurs, meanwhile, wreaked havoc on Dallas making 15-33 shots from long range as the Mavs finished 3-13 instead.

Patty Mills made three by his lonesome for 12 points and Avery Bradley erupted in the second quarter, finishing with 21 points. Brandon Ingram continues to shine in San Antonio, as the Spurs remain undefeated at home so far, finishing with 19 points, 2 blocks and 1 steal. Rudy Gay had 16 points.

The third quarter was won 43-22 by the Spurs, the advantage splitting open to twenty-plus. San Antone would wind up winning by 31 points, overall, despite 18 points by Tim Hardaway Jr and a worthy effort by JJ Barea (27 points, 10 assists).

Kyle O'Quinn had 15 points, 3 blocks and 8 rebounds for San Antonio. Dejounte Murray contributed 12 points, swiping two steals.
